Rarely does one have the option to write a letter that brings pleasure to both the author and the recipient. In April of this year we purchased a house in Dorchester and had the pleasure of buying this house with the assistance of Charlie Reeves. Since that serendipitous meeting Charlie has managed the purchase or sale of three additional properties. Mid way through the final transaction my brother passed away suddenly and Charlie was challenged with closing the transaction in my absence. She did so and I was not aware that we had a successful conclusion until Charlie arrived at the funeral home to pay her respects to my family. She managed the transaction flawlessly and transparently to us. When we were ready to hear the outcome she presented the details of her successful transaction. Charlie Reeves is an ambassador to her industry. She is relatively new to her profession, however she manages details and relationships like a veteran. Working with Charlie was a home buyer's dream. We really appreciate the personal touch and hard work that she put forth. It is great to know that when we were not able to spend as much time as we could in finding the right home, Charlie made it her priority to find it for us.  I had known Charlie personally before I purchased my present property. Not knowing exactly the conventions regarding Real Estate matters "outside of territory" I asked if she was able to help me with a search for a small farm property.
I had laid out the general area in which I was interested, and she was soon bombarding me with options within the prescribed geographic area, and in the proper price range. She did bring some very nice properties outside of my area because they were special and she felt I should be aware. I appreciated that. We scouted some of the properties until we found the one I eventually purchased. The offer was placed the day I was leaving the country for four weeks. She handled all of the negotiations remotely for me. I returned from my trip owning a farm property. Living in this property has been extremely pleasurable. In summary, Charlie is very responsive, her advice is sound, and her attention to detail is excellent. She was genuinely happy that I was so pleased with my purchase. Hugh. 
Hello All, I want to let everyone know just how wonderful Charlie Reeves is. That poor woman has more patience with her clients than anyone I have ever met. We dragged Charlie in a 100 mile radius of London many times in search of the perfect house and finally all the way up to Wiarton. We travelled through snow and blizzards for days on end toting a very small child with us. Needless to say, when we found our perfect property - Charlie was there for us to make it all happen. The poor girl was just taking her commerciall real estate courses and what did we decide on - a commercial property. Charlie had to spend half her time pulling information from her commercial teacher in order to close our deal for us. She did a fabulous job for us and we thank her from the bottoms of our hearts. This all happened 5 years ago and we still keep in touch and I like to think Charlie is still our friend as well as our realtor of choice.
